This is Me

I am a registered nurse, a mother, and a nurse writer with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology. Directly out of college, I worked in a neuro ICU and became a certified stroke nurse and relief charge nurse. It was quite an experience! After 8 years, I left the hospital scene and never looked back (well, maybe a little). I currently work at an outpatient orthopaedic surgery center recovering patients from anesthesia and have been there for over 10 years.

I have 2 beautiful girls and enjoy gardening and movies.
